Through cheer, athletes learn to:
Build Resilience
Learn how to work through challenges, overcome setbacks, and keep pushing forward.
Develop Leadership
Gain confidence, responsibility, and the ability to lead by example.
Support Others
Learn the value of teamwork, trust, encouragement, and celebrating the success of others.
Build Discipline & Commitment
Develop dedication, time management, accountability, and the understanding that growth comes from showing up and putting in the work.
The lessons athletes learn through cheer stay with them long after they leave the mat.

From practices and competitions to Open Gyms, Holiday Events, Birthday Parties, clinics, camps, and more, there are plenty of ways to get involved at Triple Threat Studios.
