We at Triple Threat Cheer LLC (TTC) respect your privacy and want you to understand how we collect, use, and share data about you, our visitors, users, athletes, and customers.

This Privacy Policy addresses our data collection practices and describes your rights to access, correct, or restrict our use of your personal information. Unless we state otherwise, this Policy applies when you visit or use the TTC website, tt-cheer.com, our social media channels, parent portals, and related platforms. By using the Platforms, you agree to the terms of this Policy, our Terms of Service, or any other agreement that governs your use of our Platforms. You should not use our Platforms if you do not agree with these terms and conditions.

What Information We Collect We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an online account, sign up to receive emails, communicate with us on the Platforms or via third-party social media sites, register for classes or competitive teams, or order our products or services. The types of information we may collect include your name, parent/guardian and athlete names, email address, zip code, shipping address, phone number, products or programs ordered, demographic information, emergency contact information, and medical/health notes provided for athletic participation.

When you visit or use the Platforms, we may automatically collect information using tracking technologies (cookies, pixels, tags, web beacons). This includes your browser type, access times, pages viewed, IP address, the referring link, and conversion information.

What We Use Your Information For We use collected information to provide the training programs and services you request; respond to your comments, questions, and requests; provide customer service; communicate with you about products, services, offers, and promotions; provide news regarding our gym and teams; send technical notices, updates, security alerts, and schedule changes; tailor our Platforms to your interests; carry out profiling activities to improve our offerings; and offer tailored advertising based on your behavior on our Platforms.

Who We Share Your Information With

• Publicly Shared Information: Information you voluntarily share in a public area of our Platforms will be available to anyone with access to that content.
• TTC Employees and Contractors: We share information within TTC with our coaches and staff to deliver our training services.
• Third-Party Service Providers: We use services, such as Studio Pro for account management, to collect and process personal information on our behalf (e.g., data analysis, marketing, email hosting, and customer support).
• Online Advertising & Analytic Services: We use third-party advertising and analytics services (like Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics) to deliver tailored ads and analyze usage data.
• Law Enforcement & Legal Compliance: We may disclose personal information if required by law, court order, or subpoena, or to protect against physical harm, establish our legal rights, or investigate suspected fraud.
• Change of Ownership: We reserve the right to transfer your information to relevant third parties in the event of a merger, sale, acquisition, or reorganization, requiring comparable protection levels.

Keeping Your Information Secure We have appropriate security measures in place to prevent personal information from being accidentally lost or accessed in an unauthorized way. We limit access to those with a genuine business need. We will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected data security breach where legally required.

Your Rights, Data Transfers, & Minors Under applicable laws, you have rights regarding fair processing, transparency, access, correction, erasure, and restricting our processing of your information. You can unsubscribe from marketing communications via the unsubscribe link in our emails. We retain your information to manage your account and participation until you opt-out or close your account. While our programs involve minor athletes, account creation must be handled by parents or legal guardians 18 years or older. We will delete any personal data collected directly from a minor without appropriate consent. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party linked sites.

Terms of Service

The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Triple Threat Cheer LLC (TTC). The term “Site” refers to tt-cheer.com, where we offer cheer coaching, tumbling classes, training services, and competition events. By using our Site or Services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Use of the Site and Service To access or use the Site or Services for account creation, you must be 18 years or older (or acting as a parent or legal guardian on behalf of a minor participant). You may use the Site and Services for lawful purposes only and shall not post or transmit material that violates the rights of others, is defamatory, invasive of privacy, vulgar, or otherwise objectionable.

Refusal of Service & Disclaimers We reserve the right to refuse access to any person or entity without assigning a reason. We may immediately remove you or a participant from the Site, studio, or programs for violating these Agreements. Athletic progress depends on individual effort and ability; TTC does not guarantee specific competitive outcomes, placements, recruitment, or skill acquisition timelines based on our training. Information on the Site is subject to change, and TTC disclaims liability for inaccuracies.

Intellectual Property The Site and Services contain intellectual property owned by TTC and licensed third parties, including trademarks, copyrights, business names, logos, text, videos, and choreography. You may not modify, publish, reproduce, or exploit any TTC Intellectual Property without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability & Indemnification TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH) ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE. OUR LIABILITY TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTIES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. You agree to indemnify and hold TTC harmless from any losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of any breach by you of these Terms.

General Provisions These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, with dispute resolution taking place in state courts located in Clark County, Washington. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms shall remain in effect. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time upon posting to the Site.

Studio Usage Standing Agreement:

Effective Date: August 18, 2026

Triple Threat Cheer welcomes athletes, collaborative program partners, and community members to utilize our Vancouver facility. All partners and program leaders must adhere to the following standard terms of service.

Purpose, Affiliation & Schedule All space usage is granted under a collaborative program affiliation rather than a commercial lease. All marketing, apparel, and public messaging must properly reflect the TTC affiliation without misrepresenting the partnership. Programs must uphold our family-first values and safety protocols. Approved sessions must strictly adhere to scheduled days and times utilizing the designated studio areas. Facility hours are maintained between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM; refer to the Triple Threat Cheer members portal calendar for accurate schedules.

Supervision and Facility Rules A minimum of 2 coaches or program leaders must be present during all classes (private lessons are strictly prohibited under this agreement). Video monitoring surveillance is active throughout the facility at all times. Program leaders are responsible for keeping spaces clean, ensuring items brought in are removed immediately, handling equipment with care, vacuuming mats, wiping down equipment after classes, and keeping the bathroom tidy. Please note: the water from bathroom sinks can come out hotter than expected; proceed with caution.

Safety and Compliance Every participant must complete official TTC liability waivers before stepping onto the floor. Triple Threat Cheer leadership will likely be on-site to collect signed waivers and program agreements. All coaches must meet background check and certification standards while adhering to all studio rules.

Term, Termination & Required Documentation This arrangement is effective on an ongoing basis. TTC may modify or end this collaboration with 30 days written notice, or immediately for safety or policy breaches. Program leaders and partners may be required to submit copies of an active business license, a Certificate of Insurance showing active general liability coverage naming Triple Threat Cheer as an additional insured, and a complete list of all registered owners, corporate officers, or authorized agents. Background checks and copies of training certifications will also be required and held on file.
